What You'll Do Every Day
As a Customer Care Professional on our team, you'll be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, representing our brand through every interaction. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:
- Handle Inbound Customer Communications: Manage incoming calls while actively engaging and conversing with business owners and executives to understand their unique needs and recommend appropriate arenaflex Small Business Services products that align with their requirements.
- Deliver Expert Product Knowledge: Demonstrate high levels of product and service expertise by effectively communicating relevant product features, benefits, and various elements of arenaflex Business Services in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Develop Sales Acumen: Continuously grow key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections professionally, and closing sales transactions effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Care: Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries concerning accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer care environment while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document essential account information accurately and efficiently according to established policies and procedures, ensuring data integrity and compliance with departmental standards.
- Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance rules related to adjusters and sales practices, maintaining the highest ethical standards in all customer interactions.
- Multi-Task Effectively: Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting performance metrics in an electronic workflow environment.

What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of two years of customer service experience with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional active listening, consultative relationship building, empathy, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven Success in Service and Sales: Demonstrated success in a customer service and sales environment for two or more years, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Tech-Savvy Professional: Ability to thrive in a metric-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate efficiently across multiple electronic systems and platforms.
- Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours with flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in financial services, banking, or credit card industry
- Experience with CRM systems and ticketing platforms
- Background in small business support or B2B customer service
- Knowledge of compliance regulations in the financial services sector
