They are seeking a Contract Content Area Specialist to ensure professional learning experiences are rooted in subject-matter accuracy and current instructional best practices across core disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Disciplinary Expertise: Deep pedagogical and content knowledge in one or more core disciplines: Mathematics, English Language Arts, Science, or Social Studies
- Technology Integration (TPACK): Strong understanding of how to thoughtfully integrate instructional technologies to amplify learning, deepen content mastery, and increase student engagement
- Standards Alignment: Experience evaluating and aligning educational content, curricula, and instructional strategies to current national and state standards (e.g., Common Core, NGSS, C3 Framework)
- Collaborative Development: Ability to partner closely with learning designers and facilitators to ensure content accuracy, academic rigor, and pedagogical soundness in all materials and professional learning sessions
Skills

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure information is shared, projects are completed on time, and goals are reached
Benefits
