Why This Role Matters
As a Remote Contact Center Chat Representative at careerzynith, you will be the digital front line for our members. You will handle inquiries across chat, messaging, email, and phone, delivering fast, accurate, and courteous solutions. Your expertise will help members navigate everything from debit card issues and dispute resolutions to deposit postings, NSF fee inquiries, and fund transfers. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in cross‑selling careerzynith’s suite of products and services, opening and closing deposit accounts, and ensuring a seamless, positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to member inquiries via chat, web‑messaging, email, and text, providing clear, concise, and accurate information.
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of financial service issues, including debit card problems, dispute investigations, deposit postings, NSF fee explanations, and internal/external transfers.
- Guide members through the online application process, ensuring all required documentation is submitted correctly and on time.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for careerzynith’s digital banking portfolio, which includes Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, and Chat & Text Support.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and proactively recommend careerzynith products and services that align with members’ financial goals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of careerzynith policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Document all member interactions accurately in the CRM system, following careerzynith’s data‑entry standards and privacy protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams—such as Lending, Fraud Prevention, and Technical Support—to resolve complex member issues efficiently.

Essential Qualifications
