Your duties will include, but are not limited to:• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : Bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and ambulation, always preserving resident dignity.• Meal Support : Assisting residents during meals, ensuring safe swallowing, providing encouragement, and monitoring nutritional intake.• Vital Sign Monitoring : Accurately measuring blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration, weight, and height, then documenting findings in electronic health records.• Documentation & Communication : Recording care activities, changes in condition, and resident preferences; communicating observations to licensed nurses and interdisciplinary team members.• Equipment Management : Assisting residents with mobility aids, oxygen devices, and other therapeutic equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety.• Plan of Care Execution : Following individualized care plans under the supervision of a registered nurse, contributing to continuous quality improvement.• Resident Advocacy : Listening attentively to resident needs, promoting autonomy, and acting as a compassionate advocate for each individual’s preferences.• Team Collaboration : Participating in shift hand‑offs, interdisciplinary meetings, and training sessions to foster a cohesive care environment.Essential Qualifications – The Foundations You NeedWe are looking for candidates who demonstrate genuine compassion, a strong desire to serve older adults, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
