Vantage Point is a growing company seeking a driven Business Development Representative to connect with decision-makers in Central and Eastern Europe. The role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and booking meetings for the Technical Delivery team using various outreach methods.
Responsibilities
- Identify companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile, build genuine relationships, and book quality meetings for our Technical Delivery team
- Embed yourself in the Salesforce and HubSpot ecosystem, using a smart mix of LinkedIn outreach, email, and phone to create conversations that convert
Skills
- 3+ years in sales — outbound experience is a must
- B2B background, ideally selling services
- Confident and well-spoken on the phone — you know how to engage prospects and secure the meeting
- Strong written communication skills — crafting compelling LinkedIn messages and emails that get responses
- CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot a big plus)
- Genuinely uses AI tools as part of everyday work
- Strong written and spoken English — professional level
- Self-motivated, resilient, and just as strong flying solo as you are in a team
- A natural relationship-builder with the character to earn trust at senior level
