They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to connect with prospects, generate new business opportunities, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation
- Dedicate ~80% of time to personal outreach: prospecting into target accounts, running outbound campaigns, booking meetings, and engaging senior decision-makers
- Execute high-volume outbound activities (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) to engage decision-makers and schedule meetings for the executive team
- Set the standard for outreach quality and results through hands-on execution
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and target market segments to tailor outreach efforts effectively
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing & executive team to refine targeting strategies, craft compelling outreach messaging, and optimize the lead handoff process
- CRM Management: Log all activities accurately, manage the prospect pipeline, and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system (HubSpot) to support reporting and performance tracking
- Other duties related to the position may arise from time to time and may be assigned
Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in a US-based sales development, business development, or related role, ideally in a B2B professional services environment, meeting or exceeding quotas for booking sales meetings with prospects
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages to US-based audiences
- Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving results
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai)
- Ability to understand and articulate complex digital services (such as Engineering, User Experience, SEO & GEO, and Marketing Strategy)
- Experience leveraging Gen AI tools to augment workflows
