Position Overview: Remote Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Specialist

The Remote Alarm Monitoring & Customer Support Specialist is a pivotal front-line role within careerzynith's national monitoring operations center. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving, evaluating, and responding to alarm signals from residential homes and small business customers. You will serve as the critical first point of contact during emergencies, dispatching the appropriate authorities and communicating with designated responsible parties to ensure swift, accurate, and compassionate response.

This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity; however, candidates must reside within one hour of our Wichita, Kansas contact center at 800 East Waterman, Wichita, KS 67202. This geographic requirement is necessary to support specific state security licensing obligations and ensure our ability to comply with regional regulatory requirements.
