Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DemandWorks is a Chicago-based B2B demand generation and customer acquisition company focused on helping brands connect with the right buyers through data-driven marketing solutions. The Ad Operations Specialist will work closely with the Operations team and Sales to ensure successful campaign delivery and maintain product quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales team from kickoff to delivery, including scheduled deliveries, client integrations and other operational duties
- Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently in remote environments
- Ability to organize, prioritize complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis
- Work closely with Client Success Managers & Sales to ensure campaigns run smoothly, leads meet all campaign parameters
- Willingness to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek help when needed while suggesting new ways to tackle past business processes
- Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight
Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Entry level, 0-2 years experience in operations, marketing, data entry/analysis
- Excellent time management, analytical and communications skills
- Proficient in excel
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to catch errors
- Must have grit and be a self-starter
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly
