The role involves being a trusted advisor and strategic partner for clients, ensuring their success through strong relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, guiding them from implementation through their lifecycle
- Collaborate with team leadership to identify client challenges and develop strategic solutions using Sisu's capabilities
- Partner with internal teams (Customer Support, Product, Development) to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Proactively manage client escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolutions
- Gather and analyze client feedback to drive product enhancements and innovations
- Deliver engaging training sessions via Zoom and in person, showcasing your expertise
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Analyze data, create insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and drive client adoption
- Represent Sisu with professionalism and expertise
- Travel a minimum of once per quarter to build strong client relationships
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), ticketing systems (Intercom, JIRA), and G Suite
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a willingness to learn
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Real estate industry knowledge is a plus (but not required)
