Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team on the 2nd shift (3 PM – Midnight ET) and weekend hours (9 AM – Midnight ET). As a Remote 2nd Shift Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice and digital presence of careerzynith, assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email.
