We are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining strong compliance with Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) regulations and waiver program standards.<br><br>We are building a strong clinical team and are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse who is eager to grow, learn, and develop real-world experience in assessments, care planning, and homecare operations.<br><br><strong>Position Summary</strong><br><br>The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor is responsible for completing client assessments, developing service plans, conducting supervisory visits, and ensuring all care and documentation meet regulatory and company standards.<br><br>This position is ideal for a new graduate or early-career RN seeking hands-on experience in homecare, clinical documentation, and patient assessment.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Assessments & Service Planning<br>Complete comprehensive RN assessments for all new client admissions<br>Develop individualized service plans based on client needs and physician orders<br>Update service plans as client conditions change<br>Supervisory Visits<br>Conduct routine supervisory visits for PCA and skilled nursing cases<br>Ensure care is delivered according to the service plan<br>Identify and report any changes in client condition<br>Documentation & Quality Assurance<br>Review caregiver task notes daily for accuracy, completeness, and compliance<br>Provide feedback and re-education to staff as needed<br>Maintain organized, audit-ready client records<br>Communication & Care Coordination<br>Communicate with Primary Care Physicians and other healthcare providers<br>Submit required clinical updates for pediatric (GAPP) cases<br>Coordinate with EDWP case managers regarding client care<br>Communicate all client updates to the RN Case Manager and Administrator<br><br><strong>Compliance</strong><br>Ensure adherence to Georgia DCH regulations and waiver program requirements<br>Maintain timely completion of all required documentation and supervisory visits<br><br><strong>Work Schedule & Requirements</strong><br>Part-time: Up to 25 hours per week based on client census<br>Flexible weekday schedule<br>Every other weekend on-call rotation:<br>Friday off during on-call week<br>Work Saturday and Sunday as needed<br>Must be available for field visits within service area<br><br><strong>Position is temporarily remote; in-office work will be required in the near future when not in the field</strong><br><br><strong>Compensation</strong><br>$150 per completed comprehensive assessment and service plan<br>$75 per completed supervisory visit<br>$35/hour for administrative and clinical duties<br>Mileage reimbursement for all field visits<br>Quarterly performance-based bonus based on compliance, documentation quality, and client satisfaction<br><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia<br>New graduates and early-career RNs encouraged to apply<br>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills<br>Willingness to learn homecare regulations (EDWP, GAPP) and documentation standards<br>Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license<br>Why Join Myland Homecare<br>Gain hands-on experience in RN assessments and service planning<br>Learn real-world homecare operations and compliance<br>Flexible schedule with growth opportunities<br>Supportive leadership and training environment<br>Opportunity to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles</div> </div> </div> <p>This position is temporarily remote.</p>
