</ul><div><strong>Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.</li>
<li>Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.</li>
<li>Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.</li>
<li>Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.</li>
<li>Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.</li>
<li>Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.</li>

<strong>Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification and Requirements:<br></strong><strong><em>Must Haves:</em></strong>
</div><ul>

<strong><em>Required:</em></strong> <strong>Active Registered Nurse (RN) License</strong> – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.</li>
<li>
<strong><em>Required: </em></strong><strong>CPR Certification</strong>
</li>
<li>
<strong><em>Preferred: </em></strong><strong>Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance</strong>
</li>
<li>
<strong>Clinical Experience</strong> – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.</li>
<li>
<strong>IV Infusion Therapy Expertise</strong> – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition)</li>
<li> <strong>Wound Care </strong>- Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and <strong>Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management)</strong>. </li>
<li>
<strong>Sales & Business Development Mindset</strong> – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners</li>
<li>
<strong>Leadership & Management</strong> – Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.</li>
<li>
<strong>Care Plan Development</strong> – Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.</li>
<li>
<strong>Quality Assurance & Risk Management</strong> – Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.</li>
<li>
<strong>Problem-Solving & Decision-Making</strong> – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.</li>
<li>
<strong>Flexibility & Availability</strong> – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies</li>
