Who we are looking for:

Atkore is currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager for the Northeastern US Region. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will have primary responsibility for driving revenue and market share growth on all Atkore products across our business units through the development and execution of our strategic initiatives. This person must be located in or around a major city within the region.

 The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a similar role and/or industry.  Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $107,040 - $147,180.  Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time.  Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
