Nemetschek is a pioneer for digital transformation in the AEC/O industry, and we are rapidly expanding our footprint in South East Asia. We are looking for an elite Regional Sales Leader to  drive our "Build" portfolio and capture the most lucrative phases of the construction lifecycle. This is a new, high‑impact individual contributor role focused on enterprise and strategic accounts.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a heavy-hitting Regional Sales Director to act as the tip of the spear in penetrating the execution phase of SEA’s most critical mega-projects. You will own and exponentially grow the direct enterprise pipeline for our Build portfolio (including Bluebeam and GoCanvas). This role requires a specialized leader who speaks the language of General Contractors, intimately understands site operations, and can directly map our solutions to a contractor's bottom line.
