Regional Student Success Lead

The Regional Student Success Lead supports the School of Nursing by cultivating a dynamic learning environment that aligns with program outcomes and national best practices. This role contributes to the development of content and resources to support student success and progression with NCLEX-PN and NCLEX-RN preparation. The Regional Student Success Lead is responsible for presenting content and active learning experiences aimed at supporting the development of clinical reasoning and clinical judgment.
Success strategies may include quarterly interventions and end of program live reviews to prepare students for the NCLEX exams. In addition, this role serves as a resource for nursing leadership and faculty related to student resources, licensure examination preparation strategies, and teaching strategies that promote clinical reasoning. The emphasis of the success strategies presentation is on the effective teaching of the Next Gen NCLEX type questions and the incorporation of AACN’s Core Competencies into the curriculum. Current evidence-based strategies to promote student success and assist with collecting and analyzing program outcome data to guide content and resource development are critical.
