This role owns the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to close — while cultivating long-term partnerships with property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings relentless drive, deep market awareness, and a proven ability to turn new relationships into lasting, high-value accounts.<br>Business Development, Account Management<br>1. Identify, pursue, and close new commercial accounts through targeted prospecting, outreach, and a well-managed pipeline of qualified opportunities.<br>2. Manage and grow an existing portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring consistent service satisfaction and maximizing revenue retention and expansion.<br>3. Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, insurance agents, and adjusters to drive referrals and strengthen market presence.<br>4. Develop and execute a territory-specific market development strategy aligned with company growth objectives and commercial sales priorities.<br>5. Represent ServPro Team Landers at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions to elevate brand visibility and generate business opportunities.<br>6. Deliver weekly sales activity reports and pipeline updates, tracking performance against established targets and adjusting strategies to ensure goal attainment.<br>7. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and a consistently high standard of service delivery.<br>8.
