This person will represent us at property showings when we're unavailable (primarily evenings and weekends), allowing us to continue providing the level of service and attention you've come to expect from us, without stretching ourselves too thin.
What we're looking for:
✔️ Active Nebraska real estate license

✔️ Responsive and reliable
✔️ Available evenings and weekends
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Willing to travel throughout Douglas, Sarpy, Washington, Saunders, Cass, and Dodge Counties
What we're offering:
$50 per showing from day one, plus the opportunity to take on buyer leads (with commission splits) for the right person. We'll pay them to train alongside us during live showings so they can learn exactly how we operate and what our clients expect.

As our business continues to grow through referrals and repeat clients, we're looking to add a showing partner who can help us maintain the level of service our clients have come to expect while allowing us to build sustainably for the long term.
ABOUT NUN REAL ESTATE GROUP
We're Rachel and Nick Nun, the husband-and-wife team behind Nun Real Estate Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate here in Omaha.
Rachel has been in real estate since 2008, coming up during a pivotal market shift that shaped her into the strategic, solutions-focused agent she is today. With 18 years of experience and a degree in real estate and land use economics, she brings both depth and perspective to every client and situation. Nick joined the business in 2014 and has a natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and bring a sense of ease to what can sometimes feel like a stressful process. Together, we balance each other well: Rachel lives in the details and big-picture strategy, while Nick brings energy, relatability, and strong relationship-building.
Our business is almost entirely relationship-driven, built on referrals and repeat clients. We care deeply about the experience, not just the transaction. Buying or selling a home is a big moment, and we've built everything around creating clarity, reducing stress, and making sure people feel confident every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, we're in a full and fun season of life raising our two boys, Will and Jim, who keep us on our toes and remind us every day what really matters. This business is something we've built together with a lot of intention, and we're building it for the long haul. Our goal is to grow something that lasts for generations to come, a real family business in every sense of the word.
On the team side, we're intentional about what we're building. No high-pressure, churn-and-burn environment here. We want people who feel well-equipped, aligned with how we work, and proud of the experience they're delivering.
THE ROLE
As our showing partner, you'll represent Nun Real Estate Group during property showings when we're unavailable, primarily evenings and weekends. You'll be the face of our team in the field, and for our clients, that interaction matters. We need someone who shows up warm, prepared, and present.
After each showing, you'll complete a feedback form we provide, capturing client reactions, questions, and interest level. Timely, thoughtful follow-through on that piece is a big part of the job.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct property showings on behalf of our team, primarily evenings and weekends
• Represent our brand the way we would: warm, professional, and genuinely interested in the client
• Listen closely to client feedback, interest, and questions during each showing
• Submit a detailed feedback form after every showing, promptly and thoroughly
• Be punctual, reliable, and proactive in your communication with us
• Travel throughout Douglas, Sarpy, Washington, Saunders, Cass, and Dodge Counties
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The license matters, but honestly, the character matters more. Here's what we're hoping to find:
Required:
• Active Nebraska real estate license
What makes the right fit:
• Friendly, positive, and easy to be around. Clients will notice.
• A great listener who picks up on what clients are feeling, not just what they're saying
• Responsive and reliable, someone who replies quickly and follows through on what they say they'll do
• Genuinely available evenings and weekends, not just "mostly" available
• A clear communicator, both in person and in writing
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the greater Omaha metro
COMPENSATION AND WHAT'S AHEAD
• $50 flat fee per showing, so you're compensated for your time from the very start
• Real opportunity ahead: for the right person, we receive buyer leads through sign calls and other marketing channels, and we're open to structuring a commission split on any that convert, making this role more than just a side gig
• Paid training: we're hiring right away and will pay you to train alongside us during live showings so you can get a real feel for how we work before going out on your own. We're not going to throw you in without context.
