Manage, prioritize multiple projects, and competing deadlines
Execute, document, and maintain all QA testing activities, including managing and updating the test suite.
Develop comprehensive QA artifacts such as test strategies, test cases, traceability matrices, and test scenarios.
Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile applications, including UI, functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
Support defect triage and investigate production issues using log monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk).
Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and potential gaps.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and define clear, testable acceptance criteria.
Improve and support regression testing cycles and release validation within Agile sprints.
Ensure client facing digital products meet applicable accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG 2.1).
Utilize testing and development tools including TestRail, Jira, Git, Jenkins, or equivalent solutions.
5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within an Agile environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough test coverage across functional, integration, and end-to-end workflows.
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve underlying issues.
Proven experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Experience supporting UAT and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The base salary for this position is between $80,000 - $97,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
