Job requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Product, Project, or Scrum Master role within a technical environment, with a strong focus on delivery.
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including managing sprints, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, effectively managing multiple priorities and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to keep teams informed and work on track.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities.
• Solid understanding of engineering teams and workflows, with exposure to security or infrastructure environments considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments, particularly within fintech or crypto, is beneficial.
• A proactive mindset with high levels of integrity, ownership, and accountability, along with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

In addition, the following functional competencies are required:

• Agile Delivery Management: Ability to run Agile processes effectively, including sprint planning, tracking progress, and ensuring consistent delivery.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Strong ability to coordinate across engineering, security, and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Execution & Delivery Focus: Skilled at managing tasks, timelines, and dependencies to ensure work is delivered on time.
• Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify risks or blockers early and drive resolution to keep delivery on track.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve team processes to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
• Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities

• Drive Agile execution by managing sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritisation to ensure consistent delivery.
• Coordinate across security, engineering, and key stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure clear, effective communication.
• Track progress against priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, escalating where necessary to minimise disruption to delivery.
• Maintain clear visibility of priorities and ensure the team remains focused on key outcomes.
• Continuously review and improve processes to enhance team efficiency, collaboration, and overall delivery quality.
