Project Manager NEW YORK, NY ( Remote ) 3 months Contract This is a Remote position. Duties : What you get to do in this role: • Support Global Integrated Lead on the delivery of top initiatives through actively managing project scope, timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams. • Establishing, building and nurturing collaborative relationships across Global Brand Marketing including key stakeholders. • Interface and guide all teams and disciplines involved in brand projects, including creative, strategy, production, media and more. • Be the day-to-day contact for our media agencies regarding creative production and delivery. • Coordinate input, manage expectations and provide consistent and clear communications to all teams involved around milestones and areas of accountability to overall program goals. • Ensure all work being developed is helping to build a unified and consistent ServiceNow brand, and that it adheres to our latest Brand guidelines and Brand vision. • Be a steward of best project management processes. Enable teams to actively engage in these processes. • Where appropriate, assist in the management of outside agency partners to develop and execute creative work. Skills : In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have: • 4-6 years of project management experience, agency experience preferred. • Highly organized and detailed oriented. • Proactive communicator skilled at elevating project status and risks to team leads. • Highly collaborative style capable of building and maintaining positivity and productivity across departments; effectively building consensus and resolving complex issues within the project team. • Ability to ingest many inputs, and then simplify and synthesize those inputs into a form that can be easily understood and acted upon by cross-functional teams, including creative teams. • Ability to communicate with all levels of the Marketing organization with clarity and confidence. • Strong understanding and/or interest of integrated marketing processes and their milestones including creative planning & development, media planning, production and reporting. • A self-starter who is resourceful, enthusiastic and capable of partnering with a variety of personalities and work styles.
