Project Manager

Campos EPC is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within a major PMO. The role involves leading projects from initiation to completion, managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects from initiation to completion, managing their scope, timelines, and resources
• Follow and implement the PMO's standardized processes, methodologies, tools, and templates for consistent project delivery
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
• Work with the PMO to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met
• Serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders, providing updates, gathering feedback, and facilitating clear communication
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, preparing detailed reports for the PMO and senior management
• Ensure projects meet established standards and quality requirements, verifying that deliverables are of high quality
• Provide input and support for continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the PMO

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field required
• 1-3 years of project management experience, in construction or utilities, preferably within a PMO setting
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and teams
• Familiarity with project governance frameworks and best practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for risk assessment and issue resolution
• PMP or similar certification
