Project Engineer – Support High-Impact Heavy Industrial Infrastructure and Dam Projects

You will serve as a vital link between field operations and management, supporting the delivery of critical heavy industrial projects like dams and waterways. This entry-level role offers deep exposure to real-world execution and a clear path for professional growth under the guidance of industry leaders. You will help build essential infrastructure while developing your skills in a high-performance culture rooted in craftsmanship and accountability.
Coordinate essential project documentation and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless field-to-office operations.
Maintain project schedules and cost tracking to keep complex mechanical installations on time and within budget.
Support field operations by managing procurement and material logistics for heavy industrial job sites.
Monitor safety and quality compliance to uphold the company’s standards for craftsmanship and site security.
Execute project closeout procedures and maintain accurate records for dam gates, piping, and bulkhead systems.
Review technical drawings and specifications to assist the project management team in resolving logistical issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment.
Absolute willingness to travel frequently to various project assignments across the United States.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Demonstrated interest in hands-on field work and heavy industrial construction.
Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
Experience with project scheduling tools and cost management processes.
Previous experience in field labor or site-based internships.
Base Salary & Growth: $60,000 starting salary with a predetermined $8,000 raise after the first year.
Bonus Structure: $4,000 signing bonus and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
Travel Support: $700 weekly job site per diem plus a $100 weekly vehicle allowance or company car.
