Programmatic Associate

Mogl is a fast-growing company seeking a Programmatic Associate to join their Client Services team. The role involves providing administrative and operational support, improving processes, and gaining exposure to various functions within programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services Team in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing books of business
• Work directly with the account management team in tasks including, but not limited to: coordinating meetings, project managing, assisting with answering ad hoc questions, support tickets, and creating business review PowerPoint decks
• Work directly with the trading team in tasks including, but not limited to: setting up campaigns in the The Trade Desk platform, pacing live campaigns, pulling & analyzing advanced reporting, forecasting, and creative trafficking
• Internal coordination and cross-functional projects with sales, business ops, and data & operations teams, such as customer handoffs and ad hoc reporting and data visualization needs
• Manage and upkeep client records in Salesforce
