Program Manager, Center for Civic Futures

Overview

The Program Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of key initiatives during an initial 3-5-month temporary period, with strong potential for conversion to full-time roles based on performance and organizational needs. One role will serve as a maternity leave cover, while the second role supports broader program delivery and scaling needs.

These roles will play a critical part in managing program operations, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of convenings, partnerships, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a fast-paced, early-stage, collaborative environment requiring strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

The Center for Civic Futures is a nonpartisan, non-profit organization that aligns government leaders and partners to minimize the potential risks associated with AI while maximizing the transformative opportunities it presents. We equip government leaders with the tools, knowledge, and expertise they need to make thoughtful decisions about where and how to deploy AI and other emerging technologies to address their most pressing service delivery challenges.

Compensation

Compensation for each of these temporary, full-time positions is for a period of 3-5 months based on a pro-rated salary range of $90,000 - $100,000. Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and the level of ownership assumed, and will be agreed upon in advance of contract execution.
