Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join a product development organization at the intersection of management consulting and AI, building next-generation tools that transform how our consultants work. We are looking for a senior, hands-on Principal Product Manager (IC) who has lived the consulting life and has since developed the technical fluency to translate that experience into powerful, AI-driven products.

You understand what it means to be on an engagement. You know the craft of structuring a problem, delegating workstreams, and synthesizing insight under deadline. Most importantly, you understand that the quality of this work has a direct bearing on healthcare organizations and the patients they serve. That sense of mission drives you.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the vision and execution of our internal workforce automation platform, using AI and agentic frameworks to augment consultants at every level. You are a doer who thrives in small, high-trust teams and are passionate about building tools that enable colleagues to do their best work . You have a proven ability to identify the right problems to solve, define success metrics, and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact for customers and the business.

Salary range: $200,000-$250,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
