Principal Consultant - Solution Architect

We're seeking a Principal Solution Architect experienced in Quote-to-Cash (QTC). In this key role, you'll design transformative end-to-end QTC solutions for diverse clients, leveraging your deep industry expertise. Lead complex client engagements, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation across the full revenue lifecycle—from quoting and pricing to contracting, billing, and revenue recognition. Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Conduct thorough analysis of client Quote-to-Cash processes, systems, and challenges
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to optimize pricing, quoting, contracting, billing, and revenue operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement QTC solutions and drive project success
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure long-term success and adoption across the revenue lifecycle
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem to continuously enhance expertise
• Deliver implementations with an AI-first toolkit for phases of the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Billing, or Revenue Operations consulting or a related field
• Architecture experience with platforms such as Salesforce (Revenue Cloud / CPQ / Billing), Nue.io, BillingPlatform, DealHub, Conga, Zuora, Stripe, or other leading QTC solutions. Experience with additional Quote-to-Cash applications will be considered.
• Proven track record of successfully leading client engagements and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically across the full revenue lifecycle
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
