What You'll Do
As a Premium Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering premium hospitality and comprehensive support to our elite clientele across all areas served by our Premium Customer Services division. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Elite Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to all premium passengers, ensuring their experience is seamless from arrival to departure.
- Access Management: Register clients and verify their access to exclusive clubs and lounges throughout the airport.
- Warm Welcome: Greet clients by completing all guest experience tasks, including using their name whenever possible, ensuring proper identification is visible, providing WiFi access, and proactively asking how you can assist.
- Reservation Management: Book and confirm flight reservations using our semi-automated business review environment and other booking systems. Handle flight changes, rebooking, and comprehensive ticketing services.
- Check-in Services: Perform premium check-in procedures for flights, including flight modifications, rebooking, and passport verification.
- Flight Monitoring: Monitor flights to identify boarding times, delays, or disruptions to best accommodate client needs proactively.
- Ticketing Operations: Issue client tickets, including day-of-departure tickets, reissues, and future travel tickets.
- Reservation Modifications: Cancel traveler reservations as requested and handle waitlist placements for upgrades and standby.
- Issue Resolution: Provide timely resolution of clients' travel issues, escalating to higher levels of customer support when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately document client issues in the passenger name record (PNR) for continuity of service.
- Membership Enrollments: Perform club enrollment and sales activities, including promoting premium membership programs.
- Elite Status Coordination: Coordinate all services provided to elite status clients, including our exclusive loyalty programs.
- Terminal Assistance: Assist elite status clients as they navigate through terminals, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
- Baggage Assistance: Help clients with their luggage as needed, ensuring safe and proper handling.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor or maintain the appearance of clubs and lounges through regular walk-throughs.
- Refreshment Coordination: Communicate with team members to ensure food and beverages are provided to club and lounge clients consistently.
- Vendor Oversight: Oversee the activities of team members providing services such as catering and sanitation to facilities.
- Technology Support: Assist clients with technology provided in clubs and lounges.
- Meeting Room Coordination: Reserve meeting rooms for same-day travel demands and coordinate services for any meetings.
- Facility Operations: Complete opening or closing procedures for clubs and lounges.
- Escalation Management: Address elevated client issues or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct alcohol inventory reviews with beverage team members at certain locations.
- VIP Coordination: Monitor our priority service system to coordinate appropriate services for VIP clients, government officials, and alliance partners.
- Schedule Adherence: Report to work on time as scheduled, including mandatory overtime requirements, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Training Completion: Complete all required training phases as assigned.
- Policy Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Professional Appearance: Wear uniforms as required by company policy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with aviation regulations including FAA and TSA requirements.
- System Utilization: Use various internal resources and systems during client interactions.
What You'll Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Language Skills: Bilingual language abilities may be required at certain locations.
- Background Check: Must satisfy FAA criminal record checks to qualify for unescorted access credentials to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain appropriate airport and/or U.S. Customs security identifications, if applicable.

- Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and delivering outstanding customer care.

- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel to training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Must report to work in a regular and punctual manner.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
- Prior travel industry experience is preferred.
- Computer experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures.
