About the Role: Premium Member Services Professional (MSP)

In this pivotal role, you will be the face and voice of arenaflex to our most valued Card Members. As a Member Services Professional (MSP), you will serve as a brand ambassador, representing arenaflex with professionalism, warmth, and expertise. Our Centurion Lounges represent the pinnacle of premium travel experiences, and our MSPs are the heart of that experience.
Working as part of a cohesive team, you will energize our guests and fulfill the brand promise that has made arenaflex synonymous with luxury and exceptional service. A successful MSP in the Centurion Lounge possesses the passion and drive to deliver unparalleled service to our premium Card Members in a client-facing environment. Our MSPs are highly skilled and motivated professionals who provide travel assistance, card services, concierge support, and lifestyle management to arenaflex Card Members.

What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Member Services Professional at arenaflex, your mission is to become an indispensable part of our Card Members' travel experience by providing personalized products and services that exceed expectations. We strive to make membership come alive every single day, and our MSPs are at the forefront of this mission. Here's what you'll be doing:
- Warm Welcomes & Seamless Access: Greet our valued Card Members upon their arrival at the Centurion Lounge, providing warm hospitality and seamless access to our exclusive facilities.
- End-to-End Experience Ownership: Take full accountability and ownership of each client's experience from the moment they arrive until their departure, ensuring every touchpoint exceeds expectations.
- Innovative Problem Solving: Create inventive solutions to address clients' issues or concerns, working to win their brand loyalty and transform satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates.
- Client-First Philosophy: Apply our Client First mindset in every interaction, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations throughout the Card Member's lounge experience.
- Concierge & Lifestyle Expertise: Provide expert concierge recommendations and lifestyle suggestions tailored to each guest's preferences and requirements.
- Travel Assistance: Offer valuable travel advice and assist with minor reservation needs, ensuring a smooth and stress-free travel experience.
- Partnership Collaboration: Coordinate with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the diverse needs and preferences of our Card Members.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent arenaflex with the highest standards of professionalism, embodying our values and reinforcing our reputation for excellence.
What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who bring the right blend of experience, skills, and attitude to deliver the exceptional service that defines arenaflex. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Premium Customer Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in serving or assisting premium/high-net-worth clients in a hospitality or service-oriented setting.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the airline, lounge, or travel industry is required, including hands-on reservation experience.
- Client-Centric Passion: A genuine passion for serving clients with proactive solutions that anticipate their needs before they even ask.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal abilities that allow you to charm and delight clients with every interaction.
- Active Listening & Recommendation Skills: The ability to listen carefully to client needs and subsequently propose appropriate recommendations that result in high satisfaction levels.
- Professional Demeanor: Must display the highest level of professionalism and maintain a positive, upbeat attitude in all interactions.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to rely on and work seamlessly with your colleagues is essential, as our lounge operates as a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Quick Decision Making: Capability to make decisions quickly and effectively when unexpected circumstances arise, always prioritizing the Card Member's experience.
- Tech Savvy: Must be computer literate and capable of utilizing the web and various technology platforms while providing assistance in a face-to-face client environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment and remain resilient under pressure.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as this role requires coverage during all operating hours.
- Physical Requirements: Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks.
