<li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team</li>
<li>Document care using mobile-friendly EMR</li>

<li>Active MA PT license</li>
<li>DPT or MPT from an accredited program</li>
<li>CPR certified</li>
<li>1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome)</li>
<li>Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license</li>
