We�re looking for a detail-driven payroll professional who will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our multi-entity, high-volume payroll operations. You�ll play a critical role in managing weekly payroll cycles, balancing automation and manual inputs across UKG Pro, Workforce Dimensions, and proprietary systems.

Your Impact
- Process high-volume weekly payrolls across multiple entities and pay groups with speed and accuracy.
- Reconcile payroll data, taxes, deductions, and adjustments across ADP Workforce Now, and proprietary systems.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to identify and resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
- Develop and maintain audit-ready reports and documentation to support compliance, audits, and tax filings.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to analyze, validate, and reconcile large datasets, ensuring data integrity and payroll accuracy.
What You Bring
- 3�5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume, multi-state environment.
- Hands-on expertise with ADP Workforce Now; experience with additional proprietary systems preferred.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, nested formulas, data validation, reconciliation).
- Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll compliance, and best practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to confidentiality and precision.
