Position Overview
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill Part-Time Remote Customer Service positions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with ticketing, reservations, flight information, and general inquiries. - Customer Check-In Support: Guide customers through the check-in process, verifying travel documentation, answering questions about baggage allowances, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations and security requirements.
- Baggage Handling Coordination: Assist customers with baggage check-in, provide baggage claim information, and address any issues related to lost, delayed, or damaged luggage. This may include coordinating with ground operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Flight Information and Updates: Provide real-time flight status information, gate changes, delays, and cancellations. Communicate proactively with customers to ensure they are informed and prepared for any adjustments to their travel plans.
- Route and Travel Planning: Assist customers with route options, seat availability, pricing, and travel itineraries. Offer recommendations and alternatives when original plans are unavailable.
- Customer Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and empathy. Escalate complex issues to appropriate supervisors while maintaining clear communication with the customer throughout the resolution process.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Degrees in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively across diverse audiences.
