About the GM&NS Pricing Group
The Global Merchant & Network Services Pricing Group is the heartbeat of arenaflex's discount revenue—one of our largest and most strategic revenue streams. This team collaborates closely with business partners across regions to develop competitive pricing structures that encourage merchants to accept arenaflex cards while simultaneously enhancing service quality and merchant satisfaction.
As a Financial Analyst within this group, you'll be at the forefront of revenue forecasting and strategic pricing initiatives. Your work will directly influence business decisions, franchise expansion goals, and profitability across the Canadian market. What You'll Do
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives on analyzing complex financial data and translating insights into actionable strategies. In this role, you will:
- Lead Canadian Revenue Forecasting: Create accurate financial forecasts for businesses affecting discount revenue in Canada. Track monthly performance against projections, identify variance areas, and develop comprehensive reports on discounted business income for the Canadian region.
- Drive Reporting Excellence: Design and develop robust reporting and forecasting frameworks across multiple regional cost groups. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial communications.
- Support Audit Activities: Collaborate with external audit teams, investigate identified issues, and work with local vendor management teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance.
- Conduct Strategic Analysis: Perform ad-hoc data analysis to measure discount rates, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights that inform pricing strategies and business decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various business units to align pricing initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of pricing strategies.
What We're Looking For

- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
