As a remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Help Desk technicians to provide exceptional customer service and support. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers via phone, email, or online chat * Open and submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review * Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update customer responses accordingly * Email responses to customers to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates on their issues * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service * Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely closure of tickets and high customer satisfaction rates **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration) preferred * Previous experience in I.T.
