**The Role**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service consistent with arenaflex standards and practices. Your primary duties will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment
* Solving customer issues regarding employee benefits, researching problems, and processing documents
* Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Strong typing and basic computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Nice to Have**
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
