<div><strong>Position Overview</strong></div><div>NerdsToGo Alexandria is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and accountable <strong>Operations & Growth Coordinator</strong> to support leadership, drive execution across the business, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not a traditional assistant role. This position is critical to maintaining structure, accountability, and momentum across operations, client delivery, and growth initiatives.<br><br>
</div><div>You will work directly with leadership to help operationalize our systems, improve efficiency, and support our growth toward a $3M+ business.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>
</div><div><strong>Executive Operations</strong></div><ul>
<li> Own and manage executive calendar, scheduling, and priorities </li>
<li> Coordinate internal and client meetings </li>
<li> Protect time for high-value activities (sales, strategy, partnerships)</li>
</ul><div><strong>Task & Follow-Up Management (Critical)</strong></div><ul>
<li> Track all action items from meetings, emails, and internal conversations </li>
<li> Assign and follow up with team members, vendors, and clients </li>
<li> Ensure deadlines are met and nothing is missed or delayed</li>
</ul><div><strong>Systems & Execution Ownership</strong></div><ul>
<li>Own and maintain core business systems including CRM, PSA/ticketing systems, documentation platforms, and compliance tracking tools </li>
<li> Ensure all leads, tasks, tickets, and opportunities are actively tracked and progressing </li>
<li> Ensure no items stall without visibility or follow-up </li>
<li> Identify workflow gaps and implement process improvements </li>
<li> Maintain clear visibility into operations, priorities, and next actions</li>
</ul><div><strong>Operations & Office Management</strong></div><ul>
<li> Coordinate internal operations, meetings, and priorities </li>
<li> Manage office logistics, organization, inventory, and vendor coordination </li>
<li> Oversee equipment and supply management </li>
<li> Handle client intake and onboarding coordination</li>
</ul><div><strong>Financial & Administrative Support</strong></div><ul>
<li> Support invoicing, quote preparation, and proposal documentation </li>
<li> Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing </li>
<li> Assist with reporting and internal tracking</li>
</ul><div><strong>Project & Service Coordination</strong></div><ul>
<li> Coordinate and drive project follow-ups across teams </li>
<li> Perform ticket triage to ensure proper categorization, prioritization, and assignment </li>
<li> Follow up on stalled tickets and ensure SLA adherence</li>
</ul><div><strong>Growth & Event Coordination</strong></div><ul>
<li> Plan and coordinate local events (e.g., workshops, client events, and industry meetups) </li>
<li> Assist with booking podcasts, speaking engagements, and partnerships </li>
<li> Support lead follow-up and business development coordination</li>
</ul><div><strong>Vendor & Client Coordination</strong></div><ul>
<li> Follow up with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure execution and accountability </li>
<li> Handle client communications and administrative requests as needed </li>

<li> Successful execution of events and growth initiatives</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li> 2–5+ years in operations, coordination, project management, or executive support roles </li>
<li> Strong organizational and time management skills </li>
<li> High attention to detail and accountability </li>
<li> Excellent written and verbal communication </li>
<li> Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight </li>
<li> Comfortable learning and managing multiple business systems and tools</li>
</ul><div><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></div><ul>
<li> Experience in IT services, MSP, or cybersecurity environments </li>
<li> Familiarity with CRM platforms, ticketing/PSA systems, or documentation tools </li>
<li> Event planning or marketing coordination experience</li>
