Adoption & Consumption Contractor Key Responsibilities Consumption Reporting & Insights Subject matter expert regarding reporting related to consumption, usage, adoption, and cACV
Support business partners with trends in consumption and identify risks and opportunities related to renewals, churn, and expansion Identify data gaps or inconsistencies in consumption and usage reporting
Partner with upstream teams (e.g., systems, analytics, ops) to improve data quality and reporting reliability Sales & Stakeholder Support Act as a point of contact for sales and field questions related to consumption, reporting, and performance
Provide data-backed answers to ad hoc questions from Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Revenue Leadership Document answers to frequently asked questions to share with the broader team
Required Qualifications Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Analytics Hands on experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
Familiarity with consumption, usage, adoption, or usage-based revenue models Strong ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working in
fast moving, ambiguous environments
