About The Role
We are seeking individuals to join as an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Technical Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative and technical O&M activities across assigned utility-scale battery energy storage system (BESS) assets in the ERCOT market. This role reports to the O&M Manager, Asset Management (ERCOT).

The primary purpose of this role is to execute and coordinate key administrative and technical O&M support workflows, including warranty administration, technical issue tracking, vendor follow-up, documentation management, and reporting, to improve execution efficiency, issue resolution cadence, and operational visibility across assigned ERCOT assets.

This is a technical support and execution role within Asset Management, supporting Field Operations and asset management activities. It is not a primary site operator or field technician position; however, periodic travel to ERCOT project sites is required, as needed, to support audits, internal and external reporting, inspections, vendor coordination, issue verification, commissioning and testing support, and field fact-gathering activities.

This role is well-suited for candidates with utility-scale BESS/renewables O&M, field service, commissioning, or operations coordination experience who are strong in execution, documentation, and cross-functional follow-through.
