Network Performance Manager (Singapore)

We are looking for an ambitious Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using FIT House sales, training, and business methodologies. The Network Performance Manager will be responsible for driving growth within the network by supporting Franchisees and Studio Teams to deliver performance targets and objectives.

Specifically, this role provides direct support to current and incoming franchisees via coaching, education, optimizing day-to-day operations and monitoring compliance with franchise and marketing systems.

The Network Performance Manager (Singapore) will work across both F45 and FS8 brands.

This is a full time position. This position reports to the APAC General Manager and the General Manager - FS8 & Vaura.
