What You'll Do:
As our Email Marketing Specialist in Mexico, you will be a key player in developing, executing, and maintaining our digital marketing campaigns across multiple brands and markets. You'll use your expertise to create compelling content and optimize performance.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Email Campaign Ownership: Strategize, build, test, and monitor a variety of email marketing initiatives, including complex nurture and automated digital campaigns using tools like Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
Content Creation: Utilize your fluency in both English and Spanish to create high-quality, bi-cultural content for emails and other digital touchpoints.
Digital Strategy: Develop and oversee various digital strategies, including email segmentation, optimization, testing, and other digital marketing efforts like social media community management and retargeting.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Own the analysis of campaign effectiveness. You'll track, report, and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities and provide data-driven feedback to leadership.
Project Management: Take full ownership of the digital marketing portfolio from ideation and development to final implementation and execution.
Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and help meet performance targets.
What You'll Bring:

Bilingual Fluency: Required – Complete fluency in both Spanish and English for professional communication and content creation in both languages.
Experience: 1+ years of dedicated Email Marketing experience and 1+ years of broader Digital Marketing experience.
Automation Tools: Experience with Marketo or other major marketing automation software is highly preferred.
Growth Mindset: You're someone who is naturally curious, eager to learn new things, and is actively looking for opportunities to grow and expand their skills.
Autonomy: A strong sense of independence and the ability to manage a varied and busy workload effectively without constant supervision.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to marketing optimization.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
