We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive innovation across our social channels. The ideal candidate will use data to help inform behavior, come with a creative eye, and be able to collaborate across the organization to serve various brand and content strategy objectives.
This position is for someone who wants to help a hyper-growth firm lead, shape, and increase audience awareness and engagement. We're searching for someone who is analytical and creative in equal measure, with a passion for disrupting categories and increasing consumer value. Some of the general responsibilities of the Marketing specialist include:
Manage and execute Orba's social strategy across our social channels
Lead the execution of Orba's social content calendar
Ensure there is on-brand messaging across all social media channels
Ensure that social campaigns are aligned with larger content strategy initiatives
Build and deliver cross-channel reporting and optimization needs
Manage monthly data, insight and reporting
Research, write and publish content for social media content
Analyse campaigns, consumer trends and the competitive landscape
Influence, educate and prompt senior colleagues on the benefits of marketing
Skills & Requirements:
2+ years B2B SaaS/Technology-based marketing experience
Strong understanding of technology marketing (SaaS, IT or Tech products)
Energy, enthusiasm, passion and commercial awareness
Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally and externally
Should be able to collaborate with other team members.
Demonstrable experience with basic video editing and graphic design
Solid understanding of modern (digital) marketing techniques
Acquisition and lead generation experience
Self-management and accountability with solid leadership skills
Experience within a fast-changing, start-up or similar environments (flexibility)
Advanced understanding of standard social media metrics
Ability to pick up on social media trends
Knowledge and understanding of content marketing strategies and execution
Analytical and quantitative skills
Experience working on digital-first brands with a strong e-commerce presence
Familiarity using a data-informed approach to campaign execution and growth
Desire to create, shape and share amazing content for a hyper-growth company
Self-directed, team-oriented, and customer-centric
Ability to establish and meet tight deadlines, change directions when necessary
