This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager who will act as the central coordination hub for multiple client accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth execution across design, content, SEO, development, and communication workflows.
You will not just track tasks - you will drive delivery, maintain clarity, and ensure accountability across teams.
Manage end-to-end execution of multiple client marketing projects
Coordinate across:
Design
Content
SEO
Web/Development
Social media
Convert meeting discussions into clear tasks and timelines
Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across projects
Ensure all workstreams for a client stay aligned (content, design, SEO, etc.)
Manage incoming client requests and route them to relevant teams
Maintain structured workflows across tools (Slack, task systems, email)
Follow up proactively to ensure timely completion of tasks
Support leadership by reducing operational and coordination overload
Assist in onboarding new team members into workflows
Strong project coordination and execution skills
Excellent written and email communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
Strong follow-up and accountability mindset
Ability to translate discussions into actionable steps
Good judgment on communication channels (Slack vs task systems, etc.)
Understanding of marketing workflows (design, content, SEO, development)
Slack or similar communication tools
Project/task management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Google Drive / documentation tools
Email-based client communication workflows
2+ years in:
Project Management / Coordination
Marketing Operations
Agency / Multi-client environment
Experience working across cross-functional teams
Experience managing recurring deliverables for multiple clients
Digital marketing agency experience
Exposure to SEO/content workflows
Experience with website/content publishing cycles
Familiarity with marketing operations processes
