Role Overview

As Chartis continues to expand its impact as a leading healthcare strategy and advisory firm, we are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Manager, Talent Acquisition, to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s future by identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional mid-career talent.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to firm leadership, driving the full lifecycle recruitment of experienced hires, with a particular emphasis on mid-career generalist positions across the enterprise. You will combine market intelligence, search expertise, and a deep understanding of Chartis’ mission to build a pipeline of transformative talent to accelerate the firm’s growth. From defining hiring needs to crafting compelling outreach strategies, and from assessing candidate fit to guiding final offer negotiations, you will lead a high-touch, relationship-driven process that reflects the firm’s values of excellence, collaboration, and impact.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

Salary range: $100,000-$140,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs. In addition, Chartis offers several benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, disability insurance, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, wellness stipend, and additional voluntary benefits.
