About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded marketing leader to own the go-to-market strategy for Pearson’s Clinical Education & Therapeutics markets across North America.

This role is responsible for shaping portfolio priorities, defining positioning, and leading the execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive revenue, pipeline growth, customer adoption, and retention.

Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Clinical SMEs, and global marketing teams, you will translate market insights into clear strategies, impactful campaigns, and scalable launch frameworks. You will also lead and develop a team of marketing specialists, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and continuous optimisation.

Compensation:

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:

The minimum full-time salary range is between $100,000 – $120,000.
