Position Summary    

The Loan Agency Business Development Associate Director is responsible for defining and implementing a growth strategy for the loan agency product within their respective territory or business vertical.  As a member of the Business Development team, he or she is responsible for their success and meaningfully contributing to the success of the entire team.  

The Associate Director will work collaboratively with peers and the Regional Managing Director, Loan Agency to achieve annual goals and build relationships to sustain long-term sales growth.  

This person will deeply understand our customers’ needs, effectively work with other members of the business development team and the relationship management team to cultivate relationships, deliver extraordinary value, and effectively communicate our value proposition. 

The successful candidate will also be responsible for growing and nurturing the company's brand to ensure SRS Acquiom has an ongoing and widespread reputation for exceptional quality and integrity. 

Location: This position is fully remote within the United Kingdom.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £75k and £90k, depending on experience level.
