Scale LLP, a national, fully distributed law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with at least five years of experience in white collar litigation at a top-tier law firm to support our growing national litigation practice. We are a firm built for high-performing attorneys who want the freedom to shape and grow their practices without the bureaucracy and overhead of traditional Big Law. This role is fully remote, but residence in the DC area is preferred.

Our White Collar Defense & Internal Investigation team represents companies and individuals in high-stakes criminal, civil, and regulatory matters. This role offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters typically handled by larger firms while maintaining a collaborative and flexible working environment.
