**What You'll Do in This Role**
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs
* Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments
* Ensuring our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Your Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Active Personal Lines resident license
* High school diploma or GED
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
* Eagerness to learn new technologies
* Passion for helping others
* Patient and empathetic nature
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
