Responsibilities
- Identify potential property owner leads through online platforms and networking
- Contact owners primarily by phone
- Introduce FBE Properties professionally
- Determine owner interest level
- Submit qualified warm leads to management
- Maintain professionalism and accurate notes
Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Self-motivated and consistent
- Sales, lead generation, real estate, or customer service experience is a plus
- Organized and dependable
- Positive attitude with growth mindset
Compensation
Performance-based pay structure:
- $100 per closed deal (first 3 closings)
- $150 per closed deal after first 3
- $200 bonus opportunity after 5 closings in 90 days
Paid after signed agreement, property launch, and first revenue cycle.
