Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Siebel CRM Consultant to support and enhance existing Siebel applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Siebel configuration, development, and production support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, and develop solutions within the Oracle Siebel CRM
• Customize Siebel applications using Siebel Tools
• Develop and maintain business components, workflows, and applets
• Work on Siebel scripting (eScript / VBScript)
• Perform integration with external systems using EAI / Web Services
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and stability
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of hands-on Siebel CRM experience
• Strong expertise in Siebel Configuration and Development
• Experience with Siebel Tools and Workflow
• Knowledge of eScript / VBScript
• Experience with Siebel EAI, Integration, and Web Services
• Good understanding of RDBMS (Oracle / SQL Server)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in Siebel upgrade or migration projects
• Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM platforms (good to have)
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities (Support/Production – if applicable):
• Monitor and support Siebel applications in production
• Handle incident management and root cause analysis
• Work on enhancements and change requests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
