Key Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will:
- Lead moderate to complex data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or optimization projects by working closely with partners to understand analytical problems quickly and define, analyze, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Apply advanced mathematics, statistics, and modeling techniques to create solutions used in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis, providing comprehensive insights across the analytical spectrum.
- Support the ongoing effectiveness of models currently in use by our business partners, ensuring continued accuracy, relevance, and value delivery.
- Drive the definition and communication of solutions for data analysis and models, translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical intelligence by collaborating with and adding value to the arenaflex data science community through knowledge sharing, best practices, and innovative thinking.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
