Arenaflex is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Processor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our business processing operations, fielding inquiries and finding innovative ways to process information accurately and efficiently. You will work both collaboratively with team members and independently as you continue to grow and challenge yourself to discover your potential for greatness and advanced opportunities within the organization.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Remote (Work from home)
- Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided to you
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Processor at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our clients' information. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- High-Accuracy Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with exceptional accuracy,严格按照客户的requirements and quality standards. You will be responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining data in various systems while ensuring 100% accuracy in all processing tasks.
- Document Classification: Perform manual identification and classification of various types of forms and documents, specifically focusing on MEDI forms and other client-specific documentation. You will categorize documents based on established criteria and client requirements.
- Verification Procedures: Work on different tasks including Data Entry, Verification, MEDI processing, and other data entry tasks based on established procedures and guidelines provided by our clients.
- Quality Control: Review your own work to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors before submission. Maintain high standards of quality throughout all assigned tasks.
- Problem Resolution: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that arise during processing. Ability to self-guide and find solutions independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Compliance Adherence: Comply with all company policies, standards, and confidentiality requirements. Follow security protocols to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team leads and supervisors regarding task progress, challenges, and improvements. Provide updates on workload and any obstacles that may impact productivity.
- Flexibility: While this position is Monday through Friday, you must be open to weekend availability per business needs when required.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Typing Speed: Must pass a typing test with a minimum speed of 40 words per minute (WPM) or higher.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a professional working environment, preferably in an office or data processing setting.
- Availability: Must be available to work 40+ hours per week within the specified schedule (M-F, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CT).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while performing job duties.
- Technical Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Basic proficiency with internet browsers and web-based applications.

- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. You should be able to organize your workload to meet deadlines and production goals.
- Customer Service Orientation: Even though this is primarily a data entry role, excellent customer service skills are valued. You represent arenaflex and our clients in every interaction.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong critical thinking skills to identify issues, analyze information, and develop appropriate solutions. Must be self-guided and able to make decisions within established parameters.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and consistent in attendance and performance.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
- Previous experience in medical or insurance document processing
- Familiarity with data entry in healthcare or financial sectors
- Experience with document management systems
- Additional certifications or training in office administration
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance or other data privacy regulations
